Based on feedback from professionals in the digital marketing, media & technology industries we have revived our AskBricoleur initiative to provide a mentoring service for a 3-week period starting 11th October 2021.
With networking events shifting largely online, this is a chance to learn from, interact with & connect with more experienced regional leaders across borders.
The purpose of providing the AskBricoleur mentoring service is to enable professionals from our industry to interact connect with & also tap into the existing knowledge & skills of more experienced leaders in the region. The mentoring is meant to be non-evaluative & informal. It is not meant to be between individuals from the same organisation.
Given the deep questioning underway about our work, its role in our lives & the impact of our work in the wider world, many of us are re-evaluating our choices. This is now resulting in unprecedented change with individuals changing companies, changing careers, or even completely dropping out. Given this backdrop we have brought back AskBricoleur to support as many of you as possible so you can play to your full potential & show leadership & courage in your day-to-day work related decisions.
Our panel of Mentors comprises very senior & established leaders from the media, marketing & technology functions in the APAC region. Many are people leaders & are grappling with team members expressing the desire for change.
We believe our focus on EQ & values in our hiring process over the years has resulted in our 90% plus retention rate & the fact that almost half of our placements have been women, many in leadership roles.
