Why mentor?

Mentoring is a great way to give and receive. While on the one hand the support you provide to another professional from the industry enables an individual to tap into someone unbiased, yet with relevant experience, it is also a chance for mentors to gain insight into challenges other professionals face, enables them to think about topics they might not have previously while at the same time make them self aware and self reflect and develop as a leader.

AskBricoleur-Leaders Mentor Leaders

AskBricoleur- Leaders Mentor Leaders conducts periodic Mentoring Fortnights. Once you have signed up as a mentor for the AskBricoleur- Leaders Mentor Leaders initiative you will need to share your calendar using the Calendly app with 45-minute time slots for your availability during the fortnight that a mentee can book. The mentoring with this initiative is not ongoing but rather more one-off and advisory in nature. The next Mentoring Fortnight is scheduled for 11th to 25th July 2022. Should you participate in a Mentoring Fortnight we will also email you a Bricoleur Mentor badge that you can display on your LinkedIn profile. Please email your slots to info@bricoleurconsulting.com.sg with the subject line stating ‘Calendly Slots’. We will confirm your participation once we receive your email.
