As a company we believe that cultural fit may be even more important than functional fit. We use different methodologies to work with current employees and arrive at an understanding of the organisation’s culture. We use the ‘internal’ brand as the starting point of our search process. Using the internal brand as the starting point and combining it with a focused proprietary multi-step process candidates placed by us have a high retention rate of over 90%. Our recruiters have all had successful careers in their respective industries and come with not just an understanding of functional requirements but also the cultural environments in specific sectors. We also use a panel of assessors comprised of individuals who have held leadership positions in the industry to assess for leadership roles.
