→ What excites you most about your job

“You know the biggest thing about my job is that I would do it for free – so I get to do something I absolutely love doing and get paid for it! How amazing is that. I love the fact I can positively impact people and give them an empowering tool for life. I love the fact I have been doing this for 18 years and still love it, and it excited me to see Reiki grow and become more and more accepted in everyday life. Its a real joy for me.”

→ What’s the one thing you would change about your job?

“The hours can be a bit anti-social as I have to run most of my classes on weekends – would be great to be able to teach on weekdays and have more family time on weekends, hehe. But a very minor thing!”

→ If your job became a person who would it be and what would your relationship be with that person?

“I love my job – it is my passion and my joy. The obvious person would be Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. My relationship would be as a humble student; every workshop I teach and every client I have is a wonderful teacher for me, I am so lucky that my job is constantly growing and enlightening me.”
